1. Digital products
Every product offered on this website is a digital pattern or digital pattern bundle unless expressly stated otherwise. No finished garment, toy, accessory or physical item will be shipped.
2. Orders and payment
Checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for purchases. Lemon Squeezy processes payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, receipts, fraud checks, downloads and payment-related refunds. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access to the digital file is made available.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product or checkout page. Taxes may be included or added at checkout depending on the product settings and customer location. Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is completed.
4. Delivery and technical requirements
Files are normally made available immediately after successful payment through the checkout confirmation and customer email. You are responsible for providing a working email address and a device capable of opening PDF files. Contact us if a valid purchase cannot be accessed.
5. Pattern license
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern. You may print a personal working copy and create finished handmade items for personal use or small-scale sale unless a product page states otherwise. You may not copy, translate for distribution, resell, share, upload, publish or redistribute the pattern or its instructions, in whole or in part. Purchase does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
6. Pattern results
Finished size and appearance depend on yarn, tools, gauge, tension, substitutions and individual technique. Product photographs are illustrative. Read the listed materials, measurements and construction information before starting. We will reasonably assist with genuine pattern questions, but cannot guarantee a particular result when materials or instructions are changed.
7. Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at a harmful rate, submit malicious code or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
8. Availability
We work to keep the website, checkout and downloads available, but temporary interruptions may occur. We may correct errors, update patterns, remove products or suspend features when reasonably necessary.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NYKIDSPLANET is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability relating to a purchased pattern will not exceed the amount paid for that pattern, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
