2. Information we process
- Website and device information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, approximate location and security logs collected by our hosting, security and analytics providers.
- Preferences stored on your device: language choice, shopping-cart contents and progressive web app preferences.
- Messages: your email address and the information you provide when requesting pattern or order support.
- Order information: product, payment status and customer details needed to provide support. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
- Advertising and consent information: Google and its partners may process cookie identifiers, IP addresses, device information and ad interactions according to your consent choices and applicable law.
3. Why we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, remember your choices, provide requested support, deliver and administer purchases, prevent fraud, understand website performance, meet legal obligations and—where you consent—show and measure advertising. The website sells craft instructions to adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
